EWWWW!

It seems like Bevan's vocabulary has just taken off the last couple of weeks. I guess at 21 (months that is) it's about time he does that! Right now as I type he is sitting here saying "ewwww, ewwww, ewwww" pointing to everything. He picks up cups looks in them and says "ewww". Where did that come from? Also he loves to hit is hand on something and say "ouch" then come and have me kiss it. Crazy kid! He is so fun!

Ok, where have I been? Well, notice the name of my blog? There is a reason it is named that. Last week I had a kidney stone (again!). So that put me out of commission from Tues-Sat. Yup, we had a real fun Valentine's day! I did get up long enough to help the girls make their valentine's. Cute little boxes (cut out of scrapbook paper) filled with candy hearts. If I would have been thinking I would have taken pictures- too bad- 50 of those little boxes made quite a sight!

On Sunday Bevan was sick so I stayed home from church and I spent ALL day (from 9am-10pm) in my scrapbook room. I was organizing and creating. How fun! I am so loving my space. As soon as I get it all put together I will post a picture. Maybe I'll try to get some pictures posted of the fun things I've been making to go in the room.

Monday the kids were home. So, I worked for a little while and then my mom and I took the kids and went to a natural hot springs. (Riverdale) We had so much fun! The kids had a blast. I don't think they even realized it was only 15* outside. They were running and swimming and splashing and playing!

Wednesday I took my grandma (86 yrs) and her sister (84 yrs) to the airport. They were flying to see their other sister in Long Beach, CA. That was pretty scary leaving two "mature" ladies at the airport. I assume they made it ok because I haven't heard anything else. They are a riot. They are both fun and in incredible shape. You would never guess they were that old! I remember hearing a story once about them wanting to go to Ogden to go shopping and they were so busy chatting that they got lost and ended up way out at the Airport. What fun ladies! I told my sisters that was going to be us in 50 years! Oh, aren't sisters wonderful!!!!

Alesa and I were able to spend the rest of the day together. We didn't do much. Went to Ikea, purged her scrapbook room (she's taking the same class I am) and hung out. It doesn't matter what we do I always enjoy being around Alesa. She is an amazing person! Probably one of the best moms I know. She is always serving someone and helping others out. So blessed she's my sister!

BTW, did you see the lunar eclipse on Wed? It was fun to watch. Now, Bevan keeps pointing out our window and saying "moon, moon, moon".

Last night I went to our ward's book group. It was so nice to talk to these women (all older than me) and laugh and learn from them. They are SO smart!!!

Today I've got a busy day in front of me. Lots of zones! So, I'll check back in. Have a good weekend!!!!

Gotta go, haven't had time to proof- hope there aren't HUGE goofs!

Glad to hear from you. Sounds like you had an eventful week. I am so sorry about the kidney stones. I haven't ever experienced that, but I heard it is similiar to labor. I want a scrapbook room. I am so jealous. Maybe I would paper scrap if I had one. Oh well!! Miss you.

Sorry about the kidney stones-no fun. Your grandma sounds so cute, I hope I'm still traveling the world when I'm her age. I remember always loving trips to Riverdale-I'll have to take the kids there sometime when we are visiting my parents.
