Ok, so I've been pretty busy. Yup, I've been reading! :) I really had no desire to read The Host but I was trying to avoid doing other things so I picked it up. Guess what! After about the first 40 pages I loved it. Now, I'm counting down the days until Breaking Dawn (from the Twilight series) comes out. So, if you want a good, bizarre read, pick up The Host. But be prepared- it's almost 700 pages so you might not get much else done!

I also had no interest in reading this book at first but i'm glad I did. Brian is now reading it, and even though he won't admit it he actually likes love stories :)
I need to find a copy of this. I really need a good read.
I'm ready for a good read. I think I'm going to start the Twilight series soon. I'm procrastinating becsuse I'm just like you when you are ready a good book!
okay steph I started the book--I too did not want to read this book, but it was the only book in the house that I have not read and I needed to take something with me to cherry hill--I like it so far I will let you know when I am done and we can chat about it.
So I am done with the book--loved it!! Even more than the twilight series. Thanks for the heads up.
