Traditions

What is my favorite tradition? I don't know. I love it all! I just love traditions. And just ask Holly, if we've done it once it becomes a tradition! I love that we always got new pj's for Christmas and that my kids still get new pj's. (They usually end up getting 2 pair- one from Santa (Carol) and one from me and Doug. ) When Santa started bringing the pj's we decided that we couldn't give them pj's on Christmas Eve so we started a tradition of the kids opening the pj's on Christmas night. It's kind of nice, when everything has slowed down and people are ready for bed they get to open one more present.

We also got ornaments every year, now my kids get ornaments from Santa at our "grandma party".

I love that we have traditions that were mine and Doug growing up and now we have made them part of our family's traditions.
