Weighing In!

2 pounds this week! Can't complain about that! I'm also down more than 8" in the last 2 weeks.

Bad thing, I've done something to my knee. It's not really hurt bad but it is weird because it feel like I have a bubble under my knee cap and it keeps "popping". I've been trying to take it easy on it, using the ergometer, swimming etc... My trainer really wants me to watch it 'cause she doesn't want a serious injury. Me either! I'm actually going to go to the chiropractor in just a little while and see if he can fix it.

We've got a competition tomorrow. Old Main Hill- here we come!

You're doing great with your weight loss! Keep it up! I'm sorry you hurt your knee. I hope it is nothing serious and you recover quickly.
