No, this blog has not been hacked into or taken over by an alien life form, but I have to admit it. I, STEPHANIE AUSTIN, LIKE TO EXERCISE! Wow! Never thought I would say that. Remember just a little while ago I wrote in my "100 things about me" that I don't like to exercise. What a difference a few weeks make. I love my trainer and I love my team so I thought that was why I was enjoying exercise, until tonight when I went and worked out all by myself. I pushed myself hard, and sweated more than I ever have, and I enjoyed it! Yup, there were a couple of aches, like my arches but I loved the whole hour+. Could this possibly be the beginning of a whole new life for me? Oh, I hope so!
Btw, our team is still ahead in the weight loss. It's only by .02% by it's still the lead. Hopefully we can hold onto it this week. I have to admit I've had a little bit harder time with food this week. I've not gone over on my calories at all but haven't necessarily made the best choices. We'll see if my weight reflects that. Hopefully, my body will be forgiving.

I love hearing how you're doing with your new life changing goal. I think it will be life changing for you, especially now that you realize that you really ENJOY exercising. That's awesome...I wish I could say that for myself. I go in spurts here and there and I'm dedicating to my morning walks, but I haven't pushed myself in a long time. You are starting to motivate me. I would love to start really running, but I need to find someone to do it with. I'm glad you have a team! Keep it up and continue to keep us dedicated readers involved!! :)
You are doing so great. It sounds like this having such a great affect on you. It took me a hilw, but now I love to exercise. I don't miss a day. It just isn't a good day unless I exercise. It sounds like it is becoming that way for you. You are totally motivating, and I can't wait to hear more about your results.
